SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Thank you for shopping at GetBands Store! Here are all the terms and conditions you need to know around shipping and returns.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

All our parcels are sent Express Post via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation so you can check on the progress of your delivery. 

All parcels may require signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the address during business hours at the time of delivery, a card may be left for you to collect your order at your local Australia Post Office.

Orders Under $50 – $6.99

Orders are processed within 24 hours and are subject to Australia Post conditions for delivery times. Usually parcels are received within 4 – 6 Business Days (Standard Post) and 1 – 2 business days (Express Post) from dispatch to metro areas.

Unfortunately we do not have a store but you can pick up your order in Kangaroo Point (Brisbane).

RETURNS 

If you change your mind and want to return your product, you have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please take a moment before sending returns to carefully wrap your items and take note of any tracking as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost/damaged in transit.

To return your purchase, please submit a ticket via our contact form.

REFUND

Refunds will be made in the same form in which original purchase was made. Change of mind returns are subject to postage charges.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After this, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
